Lämnade in min dator och efter 8 månader utan någon vidare kommunikation valde jag tillslut att hämta datorn oreparerad. Dålig kommunkation och dålig service. Men trevligt bemötande på plats.

Mycket dålig kundbetjäning. Ägaren är mentalt instabil och håller inga löften. Aldrig besöka Laga dator umeå igen. Kan inte rekommendera för någon överhuvudtaget.

They are very good at what they do. I have left my Switch 2 times the first time he fixt it superfast and everything was fine. This time how ever he said he had fixed it. We agreed on a time for drop of he didn't show but sent a pm why he didn't show up and that was fine with me. We agreed on another time, another no show! I dm'd think I would get an answer fast (as I had before). But I got nothing this was back in March, I tried to dm again today but this time I couldn't. I just want to hear what happened between then and now becuse I payed for it to be fixed and dropped of. I'm not made of money but since I haven't heard ANYTHING for more than a month I have resigned my self to the fact that I might not get it back and it was a expensive lesson. I don't have the funds to get a new one becuse I'm on benefits. So I'm also stuck with games I want to play but will probably never be able to. I hope he didn't get covid :( Oh well you live and you learn.

Super unprofessional. 6 month wait, no responses, no updates. Go somewhere else.

Hade problem med min Mac och fick snabb och billig hjälp, så nu fungerar den som den ska igen.Mycket bra service👍
