Cafe Oscar

Dry cake, allergy-chock and a trip to the ER... No they do not reimburse you! Worst café ever! Ordered one Budapest, one chocolate ball (both which should be nuts-free) one carrotcake and two coffees. After taking one bite of the Budapest cake I sensed that it was nuts in it. I went to the disk and asked again, one third time, but this time more "What kind of nut is it in this?". They simply said "Hasslenuts". Since I am allergic against nuts I ended up rushing to the emergency with an allergy chock and spent the night there for observation. After three EpiPens, a lot of medicin and oxygen via mask, I left the emergency the next morning. I was sick for a few days, very tired from all the adrenalin and had to "cancel" my vacation in Kiruna for that period. After being in contact with the company it is now clear that they will not reimburse me for my loss of income (since I had to cancel my vacation I was on sick-leave at the time) and extra expenses such as the hospital stay. I can now only hope that ARN will do something about this and that no one else gets into the same situation because the result could have been way worse! And the cakes was all dry, very dry...
