Not a good experience. Sour, unsmiling woman. I bought 5 tea towels (495 kronor). The woman counted them out and said "It's five." Why? Her response to my "tak so mycke" definitely wasn't "varsogod" - whatever it was, it was unsmiling.. possibly sarcastic. I suggest you buy your overpriced souvenirs from someone who is less contemptuous of their customers.

We wanted to buy some cottonbags. At the counter we checked if there are any damages on the workmanship. We were departing from Arlanda Airport, therefore we wouldn't have the possibility to claim any damages later. The shop assistant asked in a very rude way, if we will buy or not, because there's another customer waiting. First of all: it was clear, that we wanted to buy the bags, otherwise we wouldn't be at the desk to pay for it. Secondly: the only customer behind us was at the phone and didn't seem to be in any hurry at all. This is isn't a very good reputation for any shop at the Arlanda Airport. I am sure that there are a lot more people who would have the pleasure and patience in a customer-facing work.
