Otroligt besviken. Löften lämnas, men hålls inte. ”UPS Workspace wide” klarar inte av att ha kontakt med chaufförer eller kontor.

Helt omöjligt att komma i kontakt med de.

Lever på sitt välkända namn. Sämsta service jag upplevt. Jag har varit med i 78 år!!! och fått massor av internationella leveranser från andra fraktföretag. Problemet är att UPS även skadar leverantörens namn.

Hi, I would like to share my experience with all about UPS (United Parcel service Sweden AB). UPS customer support people have no co-ordination with the delivery persons, they are out sourced (call centre) based, they just write an email and never get reply back. Now about the management; management have no control or contact with delivery persons. So in overall there is not co-ordination and link with each others. Now the most important part of delivery persons; Delivery persons have no contact with anyone, they are false and dåligaste people on service, they never ever visits customer or contact customers, they put false information with the packet such as ''attempt to deliver'' or ''Delivery attempted. Package will be delivered to a nearby store.'' so in next 14 days parcel will stays on their pick up point, if you pick up by your self than great otherwise lucky people get their parcel back to sender and unlucky people like me get an update with ''Parcel is collected'' and ''If you didn't collect this parcel or authorise someone to collect it for you, please contact UPS immediately at 077-662 20 77.''. And a long investigation for months for that where is your parcel !!! katastrof och en av dåsigaste (s**t) företaget och service i Sverige. Mina 2 paketet är försvinna och 3 paketet är på väg till bak och 3 fortfarande väntar på ny hem leverans bokad. Låt mig kolla att vad ska UPS göra med mina paketet.
